Hydraulic Institute looks forward to your participation at the 2024 Fall Conference that will take place in Dallas, TX from October 28-31, 2024.
This conference offers attendees a valuable opportunity to connect with industry peers, engage in standards development, attend informative pump knowledge workshops, and discover how HI, in collaboration with our members and partners, is focusing on initiatives to advance the pump industry. We look forward to your participation as we work together to drive the industry’s evolution.

Important Deadlines:
- Early Bird Pricing Deadline: September 6, 2024.
- Room Block Deadline: October 7, 2024 or until full, so we encourage you to book early! Book your room
Group Rate Discount:
A Group Rate Discount is available for 3+ attendees per company. Please contact Denielle Giordano, Director, Marketing & Events at dgiordano@pumps.org to receive your dedicated PROMO code to register 3 or more attendees from the same company at a discount of $50 per ticket.
Young Engineers:
Young Engineers from HI Member companies who are attending an HI conference as a first-time attendee, under 35 and have been in the pump industry for less than 10 years, qualify for this rate.
Prospective Members/Standards Partners:
Prospective members/standards partners are invited to attend an HI meeting on a one-time basis to evaluate the value of HI membership. Participation in Tabletop Exhibit is available in optional Sponsorship Packages only. Contact Melissa Cosme, Manager, Membership & Business Development at mcosme@pumps.org for details.
Accompanying Guest/Spouse:
HI offers an A La Carte options for some of the networking events; please see the agenda for the available events and prices. Tickets to these events are open to spouse/guests of paid attendees; this option is not available to HI Members and Partners. Guests are not permitted to attend committee meetings or events they have not purchased.
Cancellation Policy:
Full refund when received before September 6, 2024. Refund minus a $150 processing fee when received before September 27, 2024. No refunds on and after September 28, 2024 due to meeting guarantee requirements. Click the Manage Registration link in the upper right of your account to request a refund.
Videography & Photography Policy:
Registration and attendance at, or participation in, HI meetings and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to the use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee’s image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions, and audiotapes of such events and activities by HI.
COVID Attendance Policy:
By participating in the Fall Conference, I understand and accept the associated risk of contracting COVID-19. I agree to waive any rights against and release and hold harmless HI and any of its officers, employees, affiliates, contractors, agents, heirs, legal successors, and assigns (collectively “HI”) from and against any and all claims, suits, demands, losses, damages, expenses, or liability of whatever kind or nature (collectively “liability”), under any theory of law or equity, that may arise during or as a result of my presence at the event.
To register, indicate the quantity of registrants next to the registration type (conference registration, standards partner/young engineer, etc.) and click Add. The system assumes you are registering yourself but if you are registering for other(s) change the registrant’s name as appropriate. If the registrant is not already in our database you can add him/her. When done, click Add to order, then click continue to proceed to select the sessions you want to attend. Cancellation Policy:
Should there be a need to cancel your reservation, please do so at least 72 hours prior to scheduled arrival date to avoid a one-night fee.
