Utilizing HI’s expansive offering of training and certifications to increase professional development of employees and/or access to HI’s complete set of Standards and Guidebooks, municipal and end users have partnership options.

With a primary focus on addressing the unique needs of the end-user community, the Training Partner Program was developed to support organizations not eligible for HI Membership who had a need for introductory and fundamental training. The Training Partner Program provides access to Basic Training, once only available to HI members, and other PSM Training resources available to a larger community of municipalities and utilities focused on training and upskilling their workforce. This annual subscription program available through PSM’s training portal also allows for tracking and reporting on your team’s training and development goals.

In addition to organizational access to 20+ training modules, Whitepapers and free tools included in Basic Training, Training Partners are eligible for discounts on training and certification programs, participation in HI Committees and attendance at HI Conferences.
